Той разбира външната политика и бързо се сприятелява, което е много важно качество. Аз искам да спечели Борисов и ще спечели, защото ще бъде полезен за България, а аз искам държавата да е добре. Не виждам защо той да не спечели, ако се кандидатира. Това каза пред NOVA NEWS Вежди Рашидов, председател на Комисията по култура и медии в Народното събрание.
Успя ли държавата да реши проблема с пенсиите на творците?
Бившия културен министър сподели мнението си и за помощите, отпуснати на български творци, като спомена, че авторът на идеята е той. „Видях, че много от тях не живеят добре с малки пенсии. Това не се помощи, не са пенсии, това са награди, които те заслужават“, категоричен бе той. Но Рашидов е убеден, че не бива да се противопоставят гилдиите, защото всички са български творци и би било грешка да се отделят певци от художници или актьори, писатели, поети.

Относно новия Закон за киното председателят на парламентарната Комисия по култура и медии заяви, че е прецедент такива пари да са извоювани от бюджета - 25 млн. повече от преди. „Това предполага млади хора да се ползват от тези пари, да правят филми. Ние правим закон за киното заради киногилдията", добави Вежди Рашидов. „Ще има контрол на парите, ще има и прозрачност на раздаването. А за закона получихме подкрепа от продуценти и други кинодейци, както и от посланика на САЩ, държавата на киноиндустрията“, заключи Рашидов.
